DSEWebNet was taken offline on 21st October 2026 to apply critical security updates for recently identified global PHP vulnerabilities.

The updates are complete and the service, including real-time data, is now restored. There is no evidence that these vulnerabilities were exploited within DSEWebNet, and customer data remains secure.

Historical data from before the outage is not currently available. Work to restore it is in progress and likely to be restored by 5pm UK time on 23rd October 2026.

Data that was not captured while the service was offline cannot be recovered.
